Prof. Yulin Wang

Wuhan University

Bio: Yulin Wang is a full professor in the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, China. His research interests include image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent system, e-commerce, IoT, code clone and so on. He got his PhD degree from University of London, UK. He got his master and bachelor degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST)and Xi-Dian University respectively, both in China. Before joining the Wuhan University, he has worked in Hi-tech IT industry, including HUAWEI© and national research institute, for more than ten years. He has involved more than 15 national and international research projects. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang has published 1 book, and 50+ journal and conference papers, including in IEEE TIP. He holds 10 authorized patents. Prof. Wang served as EiC of 2 international journals and reviewer of top IEEE and ACM journals. He also served as reviewer of Innovative talents projects and national  research funds, including National High Technology Research and Development Program of China. Prof. Wang was the external PhD advisor of Dublin City University, Ireland during 2008-2010. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang served as chairman of more than 10 international conferences, and keynote speakers in more than 20 international conferences. Besides UK, he visited US, France,Italy, Portugal,Croatia, Australia, Germany, korea, Ireland,Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Hong Kong. In addition, Prof. Wang has been appointed as the deputy director of Hubei provincial science and technology commission (CAPD) since 2014.

Assoc. Prof. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi

Bio: Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi, an Associate Professor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in China, holds a PhD in Electronic Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India. He is a distinguished member of IEEE and ACM, as well as a Life Member of the Instrument Society of India and a Lifetime Member of the Speed Society of India. Additionally, he contributes to the academic community as a valued member of various editorial teams for international conferences and journals. Dr. Moshayedi's academic achievements are marked by a portfolio of over 90 papers published across esteemed national and international journals and conferences. In addition to his scholarly publications, he has authored three books and is credited with two patents and nine copyrights, emblematic of his pioneering contributions to the field. His research interests include robotics and automation, sensor modelling, bio-inspired robots, mobile robot olfaction, plume tracking, embedded systems, machine-vision-based systems, virtual reality, machine vision, artificial intelligence.

Prof. Deng Chen

Wuhan Institute of Technology


Bio: Chen Deng, Ph.D. (Postdoctoral), Professor and Master's supervisor of School of Computer Science and Engineering, Wuhan Institute of Technology, graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majoring in Computer Software and Theory. He was awarded the Second Prize of Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Progress. His research areas are industrial vision, software security, system modeling and simulation. He has published more than 70 SCI/EI retrieved papers; applied for more than 50 national invention patents. He has presided over and participated in more than ten national 11th Five-Year Plan and 12th Five-Year Plan projects, and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Presided over the drafting of one group standard of National Federation of Urban Industrial Products Trade Centers and one enterprise standard. Undertake a number of large-scale software and hardware project R & D work, with more than 100,000 lines of coding experience. The voice writing robot, portable high voltage grid patrol robot, intelligent welding robot and other projects have been interviewed and reported by Hubei TV and other media. He organized the establishment of “ACM Association of Wuhan Institute of Technology”, and guided students to win dozens of prizes in international and provincial competitions, such as ACM-ICPC, etc.

Prof. Kejia Zhuang

Wuhan University of Technology


Bio:Kejia Zhuang is a professor at Wuhan University of Technology, where his research interests include digital manufacturing, robot processing technology, fault diagnosis and operation and maintenance. He is an expert in the evaluation of science and technology projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Hubei Province, etc. He is also an expert in the evaluation of the Development Center for Degree and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Education of China, and a visiting scholar at Lund University and Linköping University in Sweden. He has presided over and undertaken vertical projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science of Hubei Province, the Open Fund of State Key Laboratory, and related enterprise project research and development. He has published more than 70 papers on digital manufacturing and robot processing, including more than 50 papers in SCI, and applied for more than 30 invention patents. His research achievements have won the first prize of Hubei Provincial Scientific and Technological Progress, the first prize of China Invention Association, the second prize of Hubei Higher Education School Teaching Achievements, the top ten scientific and technological progresses of Wuhan University of Technology's young teachers, the first prize of Wuhan University of Technology's Scientific and Technological Progress, and other teaching and research awards. He has been selected for the Hubei Provincial Talent Program, China Association for Science and Technology Chinese and Foreign Outstanding Youth Exchange Program, and Wuhan University of Science and Technology “15551 High-level Talent Project” Young Top Talent Program.

Prof. Bin Liu

Dalian University of Technology


Bio: Liu Bin is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Dalian University of Technology. He is also a dual-appointed professor at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Dalian University of Technology, a visiting professor at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, the director and technical lead of the Key Laboratory of Medical Simulation Technology of Liaoning Province, a high-end talent in Dalian, a member of the GF project review expert group, a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). MICCAI members, Standing Committee Member of the Neural Regeneration and Repair Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Research Hospitals, Member of the 3D Printing Technology Branch of the China Association of Biotechnology, Standing Director of the Liaoning Anti-Cancer Association, Deputy Director of the Bone Tumor and Cytology Research Professional Committee of the Liaoning Society of Cell Biology Deputy Director of the Repair and Reconstruction Surgery and Digital Technology Specialized Committee of Liaoning Cell Biology Society, Standing Director of the Advanced Medical-Engineering Integration Technology Specialized Committee of Liaoning Cell Biology Society. From 2000 to 2009, I graduated from Dalian University of Technology with a bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree (I was recommended as the top student in my major and pursued a combined master's and doctoral program). From 2018 to 2019, I conducted joint research as a visiting scholar at the National University of Singapore. The main research directions are computer vision and graphic images, intelligent medical image processing and analysis, and computer-aided 3D preoperative planning and simulation. He/She has presided over 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level and horizontal entrusted projects. As the first author or corresponding author, more than 60 international journal papers have been published. As the first contributor, over 30 national invention patents and more than 40 software Copyrights have been authorized.
