Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi, an Associate Professor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in China, holds a PhD in Electronic Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India. He is a distinguished member of IEEE and ACM, as well as a Life Member of the Instrument Society of India and a Lifetime Member of the Speed Society of India. Additionally, he contributes to the academic community as a valued member of various editorial teams for international conferences and journals. Dr. Moshayedi's academic achievements are marked by a portfolio of over 90 papers published across esteemed national and international journals and conferences. In addition to his scholarly publications, he has authored three books and is credited with two patents and nine copyrights, emblematic of his pioneering contributions to the field. His research interests include robotics and automation, sensor modelling, bio-inspired robots, mobile robot olfaction, plume tracking, embedded systems, machine-vision-based systems, virtual reality, machine vision, artificial intelligence.

Xin Xu (Senior Member, IEEE) received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science and engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He is currently a Full Professor at the School of Computer Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, China. His current research interests include artificial intelligence, computer vision, and image processing. More specifically, his research areas focus on building a hierarchical person reidentification architecture including detection and recognition for nighttime surveillance scenarios. He has published more than 160 papers and was shortlisted as the Best Paper Finalist of the IEEE International Conference on Multimedia and Expo (ICME) in 2021. He serves as the Academic Editor for several prestigious journals and delivers Keynote speeches at international conferences.

Jianping Gou received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2012. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with The University of Sydney. Now, he is currently a professor and doctoral Supervisor in College of Computer and Information Science, College of Software, Southwest University, Chongqing, China. His current research interests are pattern recognition and machine learning. Dr. He has been intensively working on developing novel machine learning theories and efficient data mining algorithms for more than ten years. His research has resulted in more than 140 publications on top-tier journals and conferences, including several best paper awards such as ACAIT and ISAIR best paper awards. He served as a Section Editor of Recent Advances in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, an Academic Editor of Scientific Programming, a Guest Editor of Mathematics, a Guest Editor of Frontiers in Physics, Editorial Board of Mathematics, Editorial Board of Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Systems. Liu Bin is a professor and doctoral supervisor at Dalian University of Technology. He is also a dual-appointed professor at the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Dalian University of Technology, a visiting professor at Ritsumeikan University in Japan, the director and technical lead of the Key Laboratory of Medical Simulation Technology of Liaoning Province, a high-end talent in Dalian, a member of the GF project review expert group, a member of the China Computer Federation (CCF), and a member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). From 2018 to 2019, I conducted joint research as a visiting scholar at the National University of Singapore. The main research directions are computer vision and graphic images, intelligent medical image processing and analysis, and computer-aided 3D preoperative planning and simulation.
